THIS GIVEWAWAY IS OFFERED ONLY TO legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who currently reside in the U.S excluding Puerto Rico AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

The "Tinks-Giving Giveaway" Online giveaway begins 8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") December 1st, 2024, and ends 4:00 p.m. CDT on December 15th, 2024, and the Winner will be announced on December 16th, 2024. There will be a prize package for the winner, as decided by the highest number of votes.
Who Is Eligible: Legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who currently reside in the U.S (excluding Puerto Rico), who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Arcus Hunting ("Sponsor"), and each such entities' respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, ward, daughter or son) or members of the households of each (whether or not related) are not eligible.
How to Enter: Beginning 8:00 a.m. CDT on December 1st, 2024, until 4:00 p.m. CDT on December 10th, 2024 (the "Entry Period"), you may submit your nominations (unlimited) online by doing the following: (a) completing and submitting the online submission form as instructed. Online submissions must be received by 4:00 p.m. CDT on December 10th, 2024. In order for online entries to be valid, entrants must enter their nominee’s name, email address, photo and story into the required entry field and submit by clicking the "Submit" button (indicating your acceptance of all terms of these official rules as stated there in) on the Tinks-Giving web page (https://tinks.com/tinksgiving) Following the entry period, submissions will be open for voting on the Tinks-Giving web page (https://tinks.com/tinksgiving) from 8:00 a.m. CDT on December 11th, 2024 until 4:00 p.m. CDT on December 15th, 2024. Based on votes, the winner will be determined and announced on December 16th.
By entering the giveaway on the Tink’s website, you consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about Arcus Hunting Products. You can opt-out of receiving offers at any time.
The prizes are not transferable. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes will be awarded. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the prize or the acceptance and use of any element of the prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the prize in the Giveaway shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prizes, or portion(s) thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
Winner Notification/Releases: The potential winners will be notified via email. The potential winners will have five (5) days from the moment such notification is issued to respond to such notification by following the instructions provided. The potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted by law) within five (5) days of date of issuance of prize notification. Allow 4-6 weeks for prize delivery. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner does not reply to the notification within five (5) days of its issuance, is ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, at Sponsor's discretion, in a second chance drawing of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. By entering, entrants agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, and (ii) that the decision of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway; (iii) to be contacted by Sponsor by email or telephone; and (iv) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, Facebook, Instagram, promotional and judging organizations and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the "Releasees") from and against any and all liability for injuries and/or damages (including death) sustained in connection with use and/or misuse of a prize or related to participation in the Giveaway. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any media as determined by Sponsor without further approval or compensation (except where prohibited by law). In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Giveaway at the actual time of registration will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Entrants also acknowledge that any information provided as part of the Giveaway is being provided to the Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram.
Limitations of Liability: The Releasees are not and shall not be responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Giveaway -related materials; and any mail or entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, garbled, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, tampering, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to void suspect entries and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination or suspension.
Arbitration/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that (i): any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway but in no event attorney's fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Releasees in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law.
