Contest Rules
THIS CONTEST IS OFFERED ONLY TO legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who currently reside in the U.S excluding Puerto Rico AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
The "Tink’s March Mania Bracket Contest" 2024 Official Rules.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
The " Tink’s March Mania Bracket Contest " begins 12:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") March 7, 2024 and ends 8:00 a.m. CDT on April 9th. There will a grand prize for the overall winner of the bracket contest.
The Bracket Contest will be ran as a bracket tournament, on Facebook only, in which participants are involved in the voting, and ultimately deciding the winner, of each matchup in the bracket. Participants will need to sign up, create and submit their brackets during the ‘entry period’ (March 7th – March 17th) to be eligible. Participants will then vote by liking the photo of their predicted winner on the corresponding Facebook post where ‘teams’ (products in each matchup,) will be posted side by side to be voted on for a limited amount of time during the current day. By voting, you increase the chances that your bracket will be correct. Players may only like the photo once from their account/s, but the participant may tag friends or other users in the comments to vote on the image for additional votes (again only counted once.) At the end of the tournament, the participant with the most correct bracket will become the grand prize winner. In the event of a tie that cannot be determined by the point system, the winners will be put into a random draw to determine the ultimate winner, that will be announced on April 9th after the championship match has ended.
Who Is Eligible: Legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who currently reside in the U.S (excluding Puerto Rico), who are at least 18 years old at
time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Arcus Hunting ("Sponsor"), and each such entities' respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, ward, daughter or son) or members of the households of each (whether or not related) are not eligible.
How to Enter: Beginning 12:01 a.m. CST on March 7h, 2024 until 4:00 p.m. CST on March 17th, 2024 (the "Entry Period"), you may submit a bracket to enter the Contest in the following way: completing and submitting the online bracket form as instructed (limit one online entry per person with a valid email address) on officepoolstop.com/Brackets/63801 and using the League ID of 63801 and Password Tinksmania. Officepoolstop.com is a third-party application that is only used to host the bracket contest, and is not affiliated with Tink’s or Arcus Hunting. In-app purchases are available, but not required for this contest. Participants in the contest will have to create an account through this website to submit their brackets, but NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to be entered. Online bracket entries must be received by 4:00 p.m. CST on March 17th, 2024. In order for online entries to be valid, entrants must enter their name and valid email address and any other required info into the required entry fields and create an account (indicating your acceptance of all terms of these official rules as stated there in.) Links to the live bracket during the tournament can be found on the Tink’s Contest web page (http://tinks.com/contest) or you can check your bracket directly on https://officepoolstop.com/Players-Only/MyBracket (provided that you created an account and submitted a bracket before the ‘entry period’ deadline.)
By entering the Contest at the Tink’s Mania Bracket Contest, you consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about Arcus Hunting Products. You can opt-out of receiving offers at any time.
The prizes are not transferable. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes will be awarded. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the prize or the acceptance and use of any element of the prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the prize in the Contest shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prizes, or portion(s) thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
Winner Notification/Releases: The potential winners will be notified via email. The potential winners will have five (5) days from the moment such notification is issued to respond to such notification by following the instructions provided. The potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted by law) within five (5) days of date of issuance of prize notification. Allow 4-6 weeks for prize delivery. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner does not reply to the notification within five (5) days of its issuance, is ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, at Sponsor's discretion, in a second chance drawing of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. By entering, entrants agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, and (ii) that the decision of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest; (iii) to be contacted by Sponsor by email or telephone; and (iv) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, Facebook, Instagram, promotional and judging organizations and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the "Releasees") from and against any and all liability for injuries and/or damages (including death) sustained in connection with use and/or misuse of a prize or related to participation in the Contest. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any media as determined by Sponsor without further approval or compensation (except where prohibited by law). In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of registration will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Entrants also acknowledge that any information provided as part of the Contest is being provided to the Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram.
Limitations of Liability: The Releasees are not and shall not be responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Contest -related materials; and any mail or entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, garbled, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, tampering, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to void suspect entries and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination or suspension.
Arbitration/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that (i): any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorney's fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Releasees in connection with the Contest, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law.
